Noora Geagea is a Helsinki-based conceptual artist and photographer. She is a storyteller interested in different manifestations of movement and change within our bodies and minds. Her background is versatile, ranging from competitive rhythmic gymnastics to camera assisting in feature films.
Selected museums and galleries her works have been shown include Hippolyte Gallery and Forum Box in Helsinki; the Serlachius Museums Gösta and Mänttä Art Festival in Finland; Weserburg Museum of Modern Art in Bremen; Salon Dahlmann in Berlin; and the Aesthetica Art Prize exhibition by the York Museums Trust. She earned an MA in Fashion Photography from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, in 2009.
Publications include the Riga Biennale 2023 catalogue, where she was featured as an invited artist. Her work is part of several public and private collections, including Arthome M&M, the Serlachius Museums Collection, Finnish State Art Deposit Collection, Miettinen Collection, Aine Art Museum, and KEVA (Public Sector Pensions) Art Collection.
